De Shell Parker | Founder and CEO

Born and raised in Milwaukee, shaped by the halls of Milwaukee Public Schools, De Shell Parker carries over 25 years of deep-rooted service to youth and families. Her journey has woven through government systems, nonprofit spaces, and community-grounded work—offering everything from case management and mentoring to staff development, training, and CQI-driven program design.

But her work has never been just about systems—it’s always been about the babies. De Shell has long called the youth in our communities “our babies”—not as a slogan, but as a sacred truth for youth she’s spent a lifetime fighting for. Her purpose remains unchanged: to transform the conditions that shape their lives, and to build spaces where they—and those who guide them—can rise whole, seen, and free.

De Shell holds dual master’s degrees: one in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College, and another in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. She is a Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker in Wisconsin and an internationally certified Life Coach, with specialty designations in spirituality, executive leadership, and emotional intelligence. She is currently deepening her somatic practice through yoga instructor certification.

Her work is integrative, intuitive, and unapologetically truth-telling—blending evidence-informed frameworks with ancestral wisdom, ritual, and radical compassion. She doesn’t just coach. She doesn’t just teach. She holds space for transformation.
